3. Course Access and Licenses

When you purchase or redeem access to a course:

• You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content
• You get lifetime access to the courses you buy
• The Insta360 Video Editing Course and the Creator Pass 2027 include updates until December 2027
• You may not share, resell, or distribute course content or your account credentials
• We reserve the right to revoke access if these terms are violated

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account login credentials with others
• Download, copy, or redistribute course videos or materials
• Use screen recording or capture tools to copy course content
• Post course content on other websites or platforms
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users in community features
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Community Guidelines

When using our community features, you agree to:

• Be respectful and constructive in all interactions
• Not post spam, promotional content, or irrelevant material
• Not share personal information of others without consent
• Not post content that is offensive, defamatory, or harmful

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

All course content, including videos, text, images, and materials, is owned by Best360 and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

7. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Promotion codes: From time to time we offer promotion codes, shown on our website with their discount and end date. You enter the code yourself at checkout. Each code takes the stated percentage off the course price until 23:59 UK time on its end date. Only one code can be used per order, and a code can't be applied after you have paid.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our courses are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful content:

• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from taking our courses
• Course content reflects our knowledge and experience but may not cover every situation
• Technology and best practices evolve; some content may become outdated over time

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.
