- How you found us: when you buy, we record the link that brought you to our website (for example which YouTube video or email) and the website that sent you, so we know which videos and emails help people find the course. Nothing is stored on your device for this.
- Course activity: when you're signed in to the classroom, we record which lessons you open, how much of each lesson video you watch, how long you spend on each lesson, when you mark a lesson complete, and the IP address and type of device you used. We use it to show your progress, to help you when you contact us, and to handle refund requests and payment disputes. It's kept for 2 years and deleted sooner if you delete your account.
